Everyone knows that I love cupcakes, so when I found this recipe for cupcakes for dinner, I had to try it. They're not only cute but absolutely delicious. For anyone who has kids, they'd be so much fun to make together and let them pipe on the frosting. Normally mashed potatoes and meatloaf are thought of as a heavy meal but this one is lightened up with a few changes including turkey instead of beef. There's many components to the meatloaf so it juicy and flavorful, not dry. Cupcakes are truly 'sweet'.
