Arguably the best hot and spicy balls I've ever tasted. These meatballs have a surprising gooey filling that explodes in your mouth. The flavor of the smoked mozzarella is irreplaceable and adds such great depth. When reading through the recipe, I was surprised to find that these balls are huge! It only takes two to fill you up. Serve over you favorite bread as an open-faced sandwich or on a hoagie roll (but it better be a big hoagie).
